Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that transit times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled and is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier if you are unable to locate your package.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement for any items confirmed to be damaged during transit.
